ZXYHOST / PRIVACY

Your enquiry, handled with care.

Updated 24 October 2026. This notice explains how the ZXYHOST website handles information submitted through its quote form.

What you share

The form collects your name, email address, chosen service, project stage, preferred language, optional website address, and project description. Please do not submit passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.

Why it is collected

Your details are used to review your requirements, respond to your enquiry, and discuss a potential hosting proposal. Submitting the form does not place an order or take a payment.

Where enquiries go

Enquiries are stored in a private inbox in this website’s WordPress database on Hostinger. The inbox is restricted to website administrators. The form does not send your details to an advertising platform or add you to a marketing list.

Security and technical data

The website uses HTTPS. A short-lived security token helps protect the enquiry form. A temporary keyed hash of your IP address is used to limit repeated submissions; the form does not store your raw IP address in an enquiry. Cloudflare provides security and traffic delivery for this website. Cloudflare and the hosting server may maintain operational and security logs.

Fonts and cookies

The public marketing pages do not set analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to that service when displaying the page. Cloudflare may use necessary security cookies when checking a connection.

Your enquiry and your choices

You can ask to review, correct, or delete a previous enquiry by submitting a new request using the same email address and referencing the original request. The team may need to confirm that you control that email address before taking action. Enquiries remain in the private inbox until an administrator removes them; ask the team if you need a specific deletion date.
